Hi, I'm Rula, ​ ​

In January 2024, I had a pivotal moment. I decided that I couldn’t continue not caring for myself.

 

As a hospital physician and busy mom of 3 young children, I spent my days taking care of everyone else. After working tirelessly in the hospitals through the height of COVID I found myself putting my physical and emotional needs on the back burner, but all of a sudden I no longer recognized myself and I knew that something had to change. 

 

It started with committing to my weight loss journey.

I started Tirzepatide and worked with my physician to completely change my nutrition and eating habits. With the support of my family, my physician, and most importantly, my personal commitment to my goals, I've since lost 90 lbs. 

 

I've rediscovered my confidence. My energy. My love of fashion. I love how it has made me feel. I know everyone says it, but I genuinely feel like a different person. 

 

With my new inspiration and confidence, I wanted to empower other women in my community. I wanted to create a space that brought out the best version of my clients, both for their health and beauty goals. So they, too, could put their health first and feel like they were living their best lives.
